About
I am a Polish visual artist whose practice centers on the relationship between humans, plants, and deep time. Working with hand-harvested natural dyes and shibori textile techniques developed through ten years of practice in Japan, I create works that hold cultural memory in impermanent material — colors that have marked human life across centuries and continents, now made fugitive again. My work occupies the intersection of textile art, painting, and ecological thinking, questioning the boundaries between art and craft, tradition and contemporaneity, the intimate and the universal.
Recent bodies of work address grief, healing, and the ethics of care — themes explored through slow, embodied processes of gathering, dyeing, and making.
I hold an MA in Visual Arts from the University of the Arts London and an MA in Political Science from the University of Wrocław. I am based between London and Łódź, Poland.
